Order- refers to the order for a service that has been placed by the Client by counter-signing the Quotation form of the Company.
Order Form – refers to a Quotation form that has been counter-signed by the Client, and which along with these terms and policies shall be molded into a binding contract.
Quotation – refers to the written quotation that has been prepared by the Company and contains the proposals of its Services to the Clients.
Services – refers to the services provided by the Company to the Client as per the mentioning in the Order.
Specification – refers to the in-detail blue-print of the Services that have been mentioned in the Order.
Terms & Conditions
All these above mentioned terms is applicable to all the agreements that have been concluded in between the Company and the Client, with the occlusion of any other genuine terms which the Client may seek to incorporate, or the terms that are implied by the legal practices during trade, or custom during the course of dealing.
All these mentioned Terms, Policies, and the Order shall be subject to change only after a written agreement has been exchanged in between the Company and the Client.
Privacy Policy
At BOXFinity, we are devoted towards ensuring and protecting your privacy. We keep reviewing and evaluating your data in our database and our systems and ensure that our clients and customers receive the best possible service. Any sort of unauthorized action against the data or system that may be counted as an offence shall be investigated thoroughly. If proved as an offence, appropriate civil proceedings shall be carried out against the responsible ones.
Confidentiality & Personal Data
At BOXFinity, we consider all our clients records and details as ‘CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION’, and so, they shall not be disclosed to any third-party. The clients can endure a sight-off giving a considerable notice period so that the copies of all the client records can be removed. The company reserves the right to turn down any such requests at its own discretion. The Clients are also requested to keep any needed copies of documents that have been issued in regard with the provision of our services.
We shall not sell or share your private and confidential data to any other third-party. Any sort of a message or e-mail sent from this company shall be in relation to the services and products that have been mutually agreed upon.
